Hello, List, I think it is agreat idea for you to tell about your connections to New Mexico, and very useful to us other researchers. I'm not from New Mexico, but my great-aunt , Adelaide CHAMBERS, and elusive (because I have not found anything about him) husband , Clarence B. CHAMBERS, and her Mother, Anna, (Mrs. Issac) ELLIS, lived in Gallup in the 1900's. Anna died there in 1923, and was then taken back to Kokomo, IN to be buried beside her husband. From old issues of the Gallup Independent, I am guessing there may have been two children, LEWIS CHAMBERS, and COYLE Chambers. And from a Kokomo obiturary when Adelaide's brother died, she was living in Albuquerque in 1942. There begins my brick wall. Can anyone help? Many thanks, CS Harris camsig1@mindspring.com
