    3. I just recently discovered that a great uncle had been living in New Mexico between 1900 and 1910. He died in New Mexico probably around 1908 give or take a year. I'm told by his newly found descendants that he died of "Black Lung" disease and is buried somewhere in New Mexico. I knew there was mining in New Mexico back then but I wasn't aware that coal was mined also. I would like to know what counties may have had coal mines working around the turn of the century. I am trying to locate his burial place and also where three of his children were born. My uncles' name was Thomas Harley Reynolds and usually signed as T. H. Reynolds. Any help in locating counties that had coal mining back then would be appreciated. Thanks, Larry Reynolds lbrey@worldnet.att.net
