Hi, everyone - Guess what! At long last the burial records for the Revolutionary War Cemetery in Salem are online!!! Yep, all 1000+ of them! This is an old cemetery by American standards. If memory serves, the earliest death record I found among them was for 1708... that's going back quite a ways! So, please drop by the Washington County GenExchange and search these records. We are very grateful to Al Cormier, the historian for the town of Salem, for making these records available to us to put online for all of you! Just click on "Burial Records" and fill in the appropriate fields. http://www.genexchange.org/county.cfm?state=ny&county=washington Happy hunting, everyone...
