This is the web site for NARA in the northeast, which covers Rhode Island: http://www.archives.gov/northeast/boston/index.html You can send them an email giving them the information you would like to obtain. Keep in mind that a woman was automatically naturalized if and when she married a man who had been naturalized, or when he was naturalized. It will not list her name if that is how she naturalized.
