My grandmother, Katie Laurie Redden, was of Redden from Protestant Ireland. She was actually born, 1898, in PEI, Canada. Her father was Thomas Grant Redden. He ran out on the family and Katie's mother Ada Shaw went to Boston to find work as a seamstress. Katie had a brother ,Grant, and a sister who died young. Young Grant was suposed to have worked in stained glass on the North Church in Boston. Katie married into a Farrington line. Any information ? This is a wall for me.
