Hi group.....there is on Joseph Neville b: abt 1791 in Maryland, who married on 6-13-1815 in East Union, Wayne Co., Ohio Mary (Polly) Buckmaster. Joseph was the son of John Neville and Sarah Richardson who had a ton of Neville issue (as did Joseph and Mary) The group seems to be centered around Wayne Ohio then migrating to Iowa.
