    3. Hi Jan........THANK YOU for all the information, your knocking on my door. I'm going to have to get into my files to try and address some of your questions, but one of the problems I've faced on this line, along with others is the reference to John Neville's father being one Richard Neville, m. Ann Bouroughs. You will see Johns father also mentioned as Geroge Neville m. Ann Bouroughs (popular gal). Here is what I have and can prove. Presley Neville m. Nancy Morgan (my ancestor and founder of all the Morgan Nevilles) His father was Gen John Neville which you are familiar with, the guy who lost all his belongings while backing up the Whiskey Tax. We know by letter that Joseph Neville Sr. b: 1707 as mentioned in JB's book, who died in Moorefield, Hardy Co. VA. now W. VA. was a listed as the father of Gen John (my ancestor) and Gen Joseph m. Agness Nancy Brown. These letters were written by Joseph Sr. to Cuthbert Bullitt regarding some land dispute and he mentions names. I've got a copy of a couple of these letters, but there are reportedly 13 letters on file in the Hardy County Library which I have a letter into with offer of bribe to get copies along with any info concerning the Moorefield, Hardy Co. now W. VA Nevilles. At his point, I think we can rule out Richard as father of this John Neville. Who knows how many darn John Neville's there were running around. I would love to see proof that Joseph Neville Sr. b: 1707, d: Moorefield 1792+/- father was John Neville b: 1661. I have a problem with Boogher from here on back. On the surface, most of the info you sent looks good and correct. Will get into it tomarrow and see what comes up. I'm going by memory, so hope I have all the players in place. If I don't, group, remember to respect your elders, so don't give me a hard time, I cry easy.....Jan, glad your finals are behind you, good to have you back on line.........Ren ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Ren and Judy Neville vom Junggesellental Rottweilers Wörterbuch Publishing 510-432-3323 voice/FAX "If God so clothe the grass of the field....shall He not much more clothe you" MATT. 6:30
