I do not recall any discussion of the record below. To my mind, this seems to establish some sort of connection between the Charles Co. William Nevill accused of bigamy who married Sarah Noble 28 Oct 1694 (i.e. "Sarah of Salem") and the prominent Queen Anne County Nevilles of the 1700s. "In 1694 Wiliam Nevill conveyed to Sarah Noble the 64th lot in the town of Westchester together with a forty by twenty feet dwelling house" (I didn't copy the source, I know exactly where the book is at DAR, I'll get the source next trip). Hmmm...In the same year (1694, 26 March) William Nevill and wife Jane of Talbot Co. (the northern part of which became Queen Ann County) sold to John Salter lots in the town of Westchester at the forks of Chester River [Talbot Co. land Rec. L.L. #7, p99-100]. Maybe William Sr. was married to Jane and William Jr. was gettin ready to mary Sarah Noble. Or maybe William gave a house to his girlfriend Sarah N? Peter Neville Note: Westchester was (to the best of my knowledge) formally laid out in 1689 on the Chester river in what eventually became Queen Anne County.
