I know I'm probably asking a question that has already been discussed but I'm finding Nevilles allied with a new family I'm studying. Does anyone know anything about George Neville of Washington Co VA late 18th century and John Neville of Farquier Co Va (mid 18th century)? They appear on deeds with a Rector family I'm tracing. As a matter of fact they appear with some of Browns too. In the same documents are Hite, Hitt, Yocum, Arnold, Sanders, Slaughter, Auxier, Jost..... I'm a little surprised because all these names appear in Hampshire County VA too (but a little earlier). Would the Hampshire Co folks have migrated to Farquier then Russell? (I know the Auxier/Browns did but the rest too?) Is Russell (Washington Co) VA the jumping off point before going to Montgomery County KY? The Rectors are allied to Bryant (O'Brients), Berryman, Ramey, Lewis, Auxier (Oxer, Oxshur...). (So are my Browns) and the Rectors originated in Germanna VA.
