Having been following your discussion from the sidelines, just thought I'd interject a couple of words...I live in Clayton Co., IA just across the Mississippi from Prairie du Chien, WI. Out of curiosity I checked the regional phone book and found a Niel Neville not too far upstream. He's the only one listed of any of the Neavill, Neville, Nevills, etc. The family must have moved on from this area. It hits me as odd that there aren't more of that family around here...this is prime farmland. Most of the people that came stayed. Century farms are commonplace. Perhaps as the lead mining petered out they headed to the mines out west or north into northern Michigan. I'm sure you have those people's movements figured out...just curious, where'd they go? Bev
