Regarding Glen's post of April 14, 1997 indicating that one Christopher Thursby who married one Jane Nevil, daughter of Sir Thomas Nevil of Holt and suggesting that perhaps that the John-Bridget marriage might be tied to this line, I did go to an LDS Library today and looked into some of their files. Will have to admit it will take one of you who is expierenced in "moving around" their program to "find" something of substance, however, I did run into some information which I encourage those of you who are familiar with the LDS system to "run on down" to your local Family History Center and get into their files. I found a John Neval c: Aug 2, 1606, son of Thomas Nevall of Eccleshall, Stafford England. A John Nevel, son of Thomas Nevel of North Willingham, Lancashire, c: Mar 7, 1618 (both are porbably not our John) however did find reference to Christopher Thursby who married Jane Nevill. Christopher was born 1608, Castor, Northampton and married Jane aabout 1627 in Abington, Northampton. They show Christophers second marriage to Elizabeth Dove abt 1631, Abington, Northampton, England. Children of Christopher and Jane Neville are William Thursby and Nevill Thursby (no Bridget noted). Children of Christopher and Eliz Dove are Elizabeth of Abington and Christopher of Abington. Sorry no cigars, but perhaps Glenn will have some info from abroad..........take care......Ren Neville
