July 8, "1743", Joseph Neavell and wife "Mary" acknowledge deed to Thomas Roy (John Frederick Dorman, Caroline Co., VA Order Book 1740-1746, Part 2, 1742-3-1744, p 21) 2. December 10, "1771". Marriage bond of Joseph Neavil to Mary Ellett, bdm: John Moffett (John K. Gott, Fauquier Co., VA Marriage Bonds: 1759-1854 of Marriage Returns: 1758-1848) Was Ann Bohannan a wife as good old Boogher said (without proof) or a figment of his imagination. I make the assumption that this Joseph is the same as the one who resided in Gloucester, then Caroline and Sportsylvania and on to Fauquier-Prince William Co., and later to Hampshire-Hardy Co., VA. It appear that he had two wifes, both named Mary. I show his second wife as Mary Elliot. P.S. as most of Joseph's children can not be proven, does anyone know the brand of dope Boohger was smoking?
