It's so good to see this list up again. I'm new to this list, and I was just about to stop lurking and join in when it went down. Does anyone know anything about Joshua NEVILLE, who--according to my information, which is unconfirmed--came from England at the close of the Revolution and settled in Charleston SC? He was supposedly in line of the Earls of Warwick, and was disinherited for being a Quaker. He became a cabinet-maker. He married twice to SC women. Children: by first wife: 1. Henry 2. Kitty m. GOLDSMITH 3. ? by second wife, Esther: 4. Harriet (died age 2 or 3) 5. Clement (died young a man) 6. Mary 7. Thomas 8. Martha (1807-1873) m. Patrick MADDUX This is all I know and I have know idea whether its correct. Does anyone recognise any of this or have any other details or even clues? Thanks.
