Barbara, I have not found an Enoch in the Halifax Co., NC Nevilles. Maybe someone else has. I also have not found a George in that group who would fit your George's profile. Has anyone checked the Cherokee rolls for Nevilles (any spelling) in the KY/TN/GA/AL Appalachain area. It's possible some of them married into Cherokee families since the Cherokee were in the Knox Co., TN area at the time Enoch was there. What about the female Nevilles who were in Knox Co. Has anyone checked their spouses' families? (Do you still have the data on the Neville marriages of Knox Co.?)
