Just an awareness thing: I have the following two Neville generations in and out of Beaver Co, PA during the same time frame as your Bartholomew Neville. I've not personally done any research on these individuals. If you ever run into any records on them, I'd appreciate knowing about it. 9. John S. Nevill (176? - 185?) MD>PA>OH, m. Elizabeth ? (?-?) OH John and Elizabeth moved to Holmes County, OH prior to 1810. Their third child, John J, was born 10 March 1810 in Wayne County, OH. Brothers Thomas and Joseph joined him in Ohio before 1815. After about ten years, he and Thomas returned to Beaver County, PA where they lived out their lives. 10. John Neville (1740 - 1800) MD>PA>OH>PA, m. Sarah Richardson (?-?), MD>PA>OH>PA Prior to 1797, moved to what is now Beaver County in Western Pennsylvania. First, Shirley wrote a while back about the Samuel and George NEAVILL found on the 1850 census for Jefferson County, Indiana: "Samuel (m Elizabeth Fewell) & George (m Elizabeth Cox) seem to be the ones in a Bible transcribed & at the DAR Library." Now, the Samuel NEAVILL mentioned above later moved to Marion County, Illinois (this is where James and Indiana NEAVILL lived for a while too). Also, in Marion County on the 1870 census there was an Enoch NEVILLE. This Enoch is apparently the same one who was born abt. 1848 in Beaver County, Pennsylvania (Note: Beaver County is where Batholomew NEVILLE married Emmiline COX). This Enoch married Thamar Ellen BIDDLE on 26 Mar 1871 in Fulton County, Ohio. Enoch died in 1899 in Richland County, Wisconsin (Note that Richland County is not far from Lafayette and Grant Counties where Alexander NEAVILLE moved after living in Jo Daviess County, Illinois. Also note that Ephraim NEAVILL who lived in Jo Daviess County was married to a Rachel COX and he had a brother named Enoch).
