She was born in 1791 in NC. Her father was Enoch NEVIL and her mother's maiden name is believed to be KEENEY. JoAnna married Jacob MEECE on 26 Feb. 1811 at Meece, Pulaski Co., KY. She gave birth to 9 children. I have the info on her spouse and all her children but would love to find more on her--her parents, siblings etc. Family history has us having Cherokee blood lines--thru another line for sure, but now I have reason to think maybe in this line also. Have not been able to find anything else on this family although I have been looking for 15+ years. Would love to hear from anyone that think they might connect to this line.
