Their daughter Delilah Nevill b. 1770 in Effingham Co. Ga d. abt 1830 in Bulloch Co. GA. She married abt 1784, Samuel Williams, b. 1759 d, 1817 in Bulloch Co. GA. Their daughter Sarah Dorthory Williams b. Aug, 13, 1792 Effingham Co. Ga d. Feb 11, 1842 Ware Co. GA married in 1838 John F.
