I was going to post a question about Elizabeth tonight, and there she was in JP's post. I just received some information about her from a Hampton descendant. JP, do you have a copy of her will or know anything else about her or which Neville she married? The Elizabeth Neville below had a father-in-law named Thomas Hampton who d. in 1703, not a husband. Her husband is shown as Francis, son of Thomas and Elizabeth (Bridle) Hampton. The person who sent me the following information said his cousin found it in a book in SC. I will try to find out the name of the book. Descendants of these people came to Holmes Co., MS in 1830's. That is where my Nevels lived, and on the 1880 census, my William Nevels stated that his mother was from VA and his father from SC. I am wondering if some male Nevilles were in the Newberry Co. area of SC where Francis and Elizabeth (Neville) Hampton were. Any facts or guesses?
