I have a will of John Neville, probated in Granville Co. NC in February, 1785, in which he names his "beloved wife, Elizabeth Neville". Children are not named but referred to as "all my children" Cook and Rust were witnesses of the will. In March, 1983, John Nevill signed a marriage contract of John Estes and Elisabeth Nevill. I would like more information on this family. In 1771 in Granville Co. NC a Jesse Neville sold property to Thos. Person. What was relation of Jesse to John Neville? John Nevils is shown on the 1769 tax list of Granville Co. John Estes and Elizabeth Neville Estes are my great, great, great grandparents.
