Thomas Mitchell Neville was born about 1833 in Ireland, Wexford Co. Sometime before 1854, he emigrated to New York where his daughter was born. He died in 1860. He was an engineer. He lived in Kings Co, Brooklyn, New York. He married Theresa (Theressa) Nevin from Waterford Co., Ireland , born about 1833. They had three children born 1854, 1856, and 1858.
