Hi, Michelle, do you or anyone else out there have a Neville relative whose name was Peck Neville? I found a photo of a very handsome man probably made in the late 20's or 30's in with my grandmother's photos, it is labeled Peck Neville but I do not know how he is connected to our family. My grandmother and grandfather lived in Arlington, KY and were Lloyd W. and Sara Winn Neville. From your name and location I thought you might know who this gentleman was? Wow! That's interesting. Peck is a rather weird first name. It's my maiden name. My grandmother, Sarah Eastin, who married Basil Miles Peck, is a great-great-great granddaughter of Lucy Neville, who married Marquis Calmes II. So, the Neville-Peck connection is pretty darn far apart in my family. But it is a very strange name. They also seem to have a tradition of using mother's maiden names as middle names in this part of my family, so that's a possibility. I will dig around and see what I can find out, however, and let you know. -- Michelle Peck Williams :) Humanities Teacher Paul Laurence Dunbar HS, Lexington, KY USA michellepw@prodigy.net mpwill@fayette.k12.ky.us Homepage: http://pages.prodigy.net/michellepw Bookmarks: http://www.backflip.com/members/mpwilliams "To know what you know and know what you do not know is the character of one who knows." -Kung Fu Tzu (Confucius) > From: "Donna Browning" <browning@colled.msstate.edu> > Reply-To: NEVILLE-L@rootsweb.com > Date: Fri, 21 Jun 2002 11:48:39 -0500 > To: NEVILLE-L@rootsweb.com > Subject: Re: [NEVILLE-L] Fw: help for DAR > Resent-From: NEVILLE-L@rootsweb.com > Resent-Date: Fri, 21 Jun 2002 10:48:53 -0600 > > Hi, Michelle, do you or anyone else out there have a Neville relative whose > name was Peck Neville?
