If David Robertson Neville was born in Millerburgh, Ohio, I'd be surprised if he didn't descend from the John Neville and Sarah Richardson clan that moved to that area in about 1810. They caem from Alleghany County PA (now Beaver County) to which they moved from Maryland after 1790. This is my line. I have no records of a David Robertson Neville in any of my files. Sorry. I personally have seen nothing that proves John Neville that married Sarah Richardson descends from Edward.
