Brother Fred Gartside, sons, Albert, Willoughby & Ernest. Body to be buried in the family vault Deashaw, Saddleworth with his beloved mother and sister. Codicils granted administration of the estate to Albert George Francis Gartside (in the will called Albert) Neville,of 11 Copthall Court in the city of London, stockdaler, Thomas Willoughby Gartside Neville of 50 Josephine Avenue Brixton in the County of Surry stock dealer's manager and Ernest John Gartside Neville of of 11 Copthall Court aforesaid stockdealer sons of the said deceased three of the executors Probate granted on 21st November 1910. (Fred had died and the two others resumed as executors) Thomas had died 19th June 1910 at 4 Esplanade Seaford inthe County of Sussex. Gross value of estate 18671 pounds 11 shillings and fivepence Net value 7724 pounds 14 and 4 I think that Thomas is written up in the Dictionary of National Biography. He was a famous actor.
