Help please from NC Neville researchers! I am tracing a Neville line in the Halifax, NC area and am back to Thomas W Neville, b.1830. He is listed in both the 1860 and 1870 census with wife Martha Ann (Shearin, I believe) and numerous children including, Charlie, my g-g-grandfather. A Sarah T Neville, grandmother, is listed living with the family in 1860 and 1880. I need to determine if Sarah T (Sallie) Neville is the mother of Thomas W Neville and is the former Sarah T. Green. On the internet I have seen several listings for the children of Thomas R Neville, b. 1790, and Sarah T. (Sallie) Green. The youngest of these is listed as West Neville, b 1830 and according to one list, married Ann Shearin. Does anyone know the source for the information on West Neville?? Is it possible he could be Wesley Thomas Neville, aka Thomas Wesley Neville???? Any information - or how to get in touch with someone who might know the source - will be greatly appreciated.
