    3. I am new to this list and have been reading with interest the recent exchanges pertaining to Benjamin Neville, Jr and Sarah Neville. My mother was a Neville whose family lived in the Enfield area for many years and I've recently been tracing her Neville line. It leads back to a Thomas W. Neville and wife Martha A. The census records of 1860 and 1880 show a Sarah T Neville living in the household and relationship given as grandmother. Is it possible she is the Sarah Neville who married Benjamin Neville, Jr???? I have not been able to locate any children of the marriage between Benj and Sarah; however the abstract of a will for Sarah T Neville, d. 1882, lists children Elijah K Nevill, Elias G Neville, Amanda C Neville and Eliza Porter. Any information that will help me correctly identify this "Sarah T Neville" will be greatly appreciated. Clara Brinson

Balance of property to be sold with proceeds after debts paid to the youngest child (unnamed) of my sister Peggy Dickens and Balum Dickens "which is unmarried." Ex. James H. Parker Wit. E. D. Dickens, E. G. Neville, J. G. Dickens On a recent trip to the Halifax County library, I pulled all the abstracts of Neville and Holt listings I could find and am in the process of trying to determine where each of the family members lived. Neville isn't my line (yet) but a close association leads me to believe they may be and, hence, I have these items entered in my information. This might be a starting place for you. There are Neville researchers on the group who have much more experience on ths line than I do. I only come out of hiding when I see someone suggesting there is a Temperance Neville Holt. 3. Sue, I have most of my information in a 3" ring binder, I will start going through this tomorrow and adding to what you have posted below. In 1790, going by the census it looks like Thomas Hoalt, William Nevill, John Nevill, Benjamin Nevill, Benjamin Nevill are living near each other. I am starting here, Richard Nevill was born 1803 NC. Lydia Nevill was born 1775 North Carolina. Perhaps I will find them when I go through this again. I have the following information in my files as of today that might be of help: NEVILLE, E. K.
