Researching a birth record for Arthur Moses SPARROW. He was born 2/6/1864 in Empire. Not sure what county Empire was in at the time. Arthur was born unexpectedly when the SPARROWS were visiting Empire. They resided in San Francisco. They were looking at a boarding house to buy. The middle name MOSES might have been related to his birth. Maybe the Dr. That name has no other significance. Would appreciate any advise on this. Thank you, Christine
