I believe he may have had a brother(s) in Nevada. I believe URREA is the short version of a longer name (Urrea de Vengulo or something like that)

WHITE, born in December, 1882 in Healdsburg, Sonoma Co. CA. He was the son of William P. (Pat) WHITE and Mary Ellen McCRAITH and the oldest of 5 children. At the time of his father's death in 1908, the obit in Healdsburg said that Charles had to travel to the funeral from Nevada, but no exact place was stated. Thanks.

Looked for marriage of Edwin and found one at least and then went to the divorces and found two . The name fits as do the ages/ .
