I have photos of him showing that he was a law enforcement office of some sort in the early 1900's. He lived for many years in the Pender area. Also Phillip had a twin brother Jacob Cable but he lived in Rapid City, Pennington Co, SD and died on January 01, 1948. He was born June 02, 1865 and died November 04, 1949. Are there any sources locally that can provide information on an obit or anything that might give me more information? Any leads would be gratefully appreciated.
