I did find the following Hale family in 1900 in Flournoy, Thurston, NE. Rawley D. Hale, b. WI April 1857, marr 25 yrs, farmer. Sharlot A., b. NE, Aug 1837, had given birth to four children but only three alive in 1900. Ollie H., b. NE Oct 1877, farmer. Arthur L., b.NE Aug 1890, farmer. Pearl M., b. NE July 1886. James E. Clinkenberd, farm laborer. If this isn't your family and if you can provide name, birth date and place, I'll do more looking. There were too many Peters families in Thurston county over the years to be sure which one was yours. Do you have a name, birth date and place?
