MILLER yesterday received the sad news of the death of his brother-in-law, John ONESS, formerly of this city, which occurred Wednesday night, three miles north of Swanton, where he had been engaged in farming for years. The deceased left Beatrice twenty years ago, and at the time of his death was forty-four years of age. He is survived by a widow and three children. He was a brother of Mrs. W. A. MILLER and Will ONESS of this city who have gone to Swanton to attend the funeral, which will be held today at 2 p.m. Mr. MILLER will leave for that place this morning. -W. A. MILLER went to Swanton yesterday to attend the funeral of his brother-in-law, John ONESS, formerly of this city, which was held near that place at 2 p.m. Mr. ONESS was forty-four years of age and is survived by his widow and three children. Mr. MILLER and family will return home this afternoon.
