She died quietly at her home in Friend, Nebr., where she has lived a true Christian life. She was united in marriage on Oct. 9, 1895 to Samuel TRIMMER, who departed this life nearly eight years ago. Very early in life she gave her heart to God and her name to the Methodist Episcopal Church, at Friend, Nebraska. On August 10, 1925, she suffered a stroke of paralysis, and since that time had been confined to her bed. She has been a very patient sufferer and always tried to have a smile for everyone. She leaves to mourn her loss, two sons, Ira TRIMMER, of Friend, Nebr., and Enos TRIMMER, of Regina, Sask, Canada, and a daughter, Mrs. Harvery MATHER, of Imperial, Nebr., a sister, Mrs. M. E. MORGAN, of Houston, Texas; Three half brothers, James SMITH, of Stroud, Okla., Bert SMITH of Calif, and Sam SMITH of Vona, Colo., a brother, Joseph SMITH of Chicago, Ill., departed this life only two weeks ago. Through all the experiences of life, she remained anchored to the "Rock of Ages", and today as we strike her name from the records of our Church Militant, we are assured that is has been transferred to the Great Church Triumphant. Funeral services were held at the Methodist Episcopal church at Friend conducted by the Rev. H. F. SCHENCK, and interrrment was made at Exeter, Nebr.
