    1. [NESALINE] CRETE NE HOOVER/MEADVILLE FAMILIES
    2. Hi all! I'm researching my Hoover and Meadville families...James G. Meadville b. 1835 and his wife Ann Womer Meadville came to Seward Co. near Camden in 1866. Sometime after 1873 the fam moved to Crete and lived there until abt 1901 when Ann Meadville died. Parts of the fam lived Roca and Sprague after 1901 and I'm trying to find ancestors of two of the Meadville daughters: Adessa Jane Meadville m. Hibbert Johnson 17 Oct 1880 Crete. Known children were Arthur b. 1882, Foreman b. 1892 and Harley b. 1884. I'd love to find living ancestors of this fam to exchange info. Eliza "Lyde" Bell Meadville m. Frank Dunaway 13 Feb 1875 in Crete. Known children were Viola, John and Margaret and again, I'd love to find living ancestors to exchange info. I'm interested in anything I can find on fam of James G. Meadville and in particular his daughter Adona, who m. Sam B. Hoover 8 Sept 1866 Saline Co. They are my GrGranparents. Their daughter, Velma Hoover, was b. 10 July 1890 Crete and she was my Grandma. Any info I can get on this fam is appreciated, any history I can get on Crete is also appreciated. ~Sue in OR
