Planning to make a trip down to Lincoln one of these days when my leg/knee straightens out. Maybe they can give me an idea which way to go to check things out. Might as well tell you all what I did. I and a friend (thank goodness I was not alone) were at one of the local Plattel County cemeteries taking some better pictures. We knew there were many animal holes out there and were being very careful. The grass was about six or seven inches high and some was laying over. Well it laid over a very nice, deep, old hole. Old because there was no loose dirt to indicate it was there. Yep, you guessed it. My foot went in and all the way to the knee. That would have been fine but oh no, I had to fall forward with camera in one hand and water spray bottle in the other. Did you know the knee is not suppose to bend forward? Yes, I did too but it does bend enough to cause lots of pain and damage. I had xays and nothing was broken but lots of arthritis on top of probably some other things that are going to have to be pulled and straightened out. Felt really stupid when this happened as I know those holes are there and are dangerous b! ut just did not see it. Now I am begiNning to feel older. So, when you go walking, watch where you are stepping. :) .....Shirley
