    3. Hello gang. Doing a little research and am wondering if anyone has any knowledge about the Park Hill Orphan Home that was located in Postville in Platte County in the late 1800's. They must have had some records but wondering what would have happened to them. Not sure how much of the records would be open for us to see but am curious if they still exist. Anybody have any ideas?....Shirley

Would the record have been among the School records or school census of course we have to remember some of the school records are gone. For some reason I knew there was an orphan home in the Postville area but do not know how I knew that unless I read it in the Post Ville news. > Hello gang. 3. Well - I have a lot of knowledge, and a lot of times it just falls out of my pocket. It would seem to me, that the same general records would be kept for them as equal to other children in the area. Granted, the 0rphaned status is a twist, but it would be logical for those specific records being held somwhere within the court system, probably in Lincoln, you'll just have to make a few phone calls.
