To the list: I have been searching off and on for the death date and possible obit of my husbands grandfather, for a very long time. I was not sure where he had died, but recently in talking to my sister in-law, she volunteered that he had died and was buried in Omaha! Gah! I can't remember how many times I had broached this subject. Anyway, I used to have a contact at the Omaha (main) Library, who copied a number of things for me, but she is no longer there. I came across this site today that supposedly leads to an online database, but for the life of me, I can't see it. Anyone? I found a death date of Nov. 2, 1949 for William Berghahn...now I need an obit to try to link to the family for sure. Obviously my sis in law isn't going to go get the info. (But she wanted all I had, which was alot!) I love her but .....you know.
