Sherri, to read it I changed it to plain text, opened another tab in my browser to the Google homepage. Across the top of the Google page where you can do the search images and such, the last word "more" has a drop down menu. I clicked on the Translate and it opens a page where you can set the language (I did German to English). Then from the other page with the text from the book, I just copied and pasted into the translator. Some of it was kind of rough but it wasn't terrible.
