    1. Re: [NEPLATTE] Moskal/Mosgol & Kaipust
    2. To the list: I know that I brought this subject up before, but no one will remember and someone may have some kind of info. My great grandmothers cousin, Michael Moskal, came to the U.S. with the Mostek family in 1880. He was on the ship with them, and the 1880 census. He was not on the 1885 Ne census so I thought he moved on, but, thanks to our fearless leader,Sherri, I happened to read a small blurb in the Columbus Journal, stating that Michael Moskal, of Columbus, while working in Seward,Ne. (probably on the RR) drowned in the Big Blue River in 1884. In January of 1884, he married Angela Kapustka (Kaipust I presume) at St. Stanislaus. Angela was the daughter of Jacob Kapustka and Katharine Wypior. My question is: Does anyone have this Kaipust family, especially Angela, in their family tree? I would like to know what happened to her and if she remarried. She may have kept the name Moskal (or Mosgol) or took back her maiden name.
