I remember we had talked about that before, but didn't remember with who. I thought it was you Kathy :) His family has done a huge book on the family but his kids have it with them in L.A. I will try to remember to ask them to bring it when they come up in case you want me to look up anything in it. A cousin of Bob's, that he didnt know, actually drove across the U.S. several years ago to give the book to family members. It is one of the most comprehensive books Ive seen. Excellently done! Bob's mother was a "Sargent", thats about all I can remember right now. I've been sick the last couple of days so it's back to the couch for me. I hope you get your computer up and working again. Actually there is some farm land adjacent to all three but I have not heard anything about the City or Catholic Churches purchasing any more land at this time. The railroad tracks run right in the middle between Columbus Cemetery and St Bon's. And someday in the future, there will be a viaduct going over those tracks and in front of both of them. So, this may be a concern of branching out for either or both of them. Guess maybe I should pay more attention to the city meetings and find out if there are any plans in the works that I haven't heard about. Maybe someone else in this area has heard more than I have....Shirley
Is there room for expansion ?? That is to say, can land be purchased adjacent to cemetery grounds ?? Hello, Does anyone know whether there was ever a school associated with Sts Peter & Paul at the Krakow location? Thanks! Megan
To answer your question, All Saints is a new Catholic Cemetery built in the very south end of the Roselawn Cemetery. Probably won't be long and it will be filled and they will have to find another space. Both Columbus and Saint Bon's are almost full and guessing all spaces have been purchased. Question: In the Henry Sokol obituary, it says " Interment will be in the All Saints Cemetery in Columbus" Is this a different Cemetery than what I always called "St Bon's"? diaNE

Thank you to all for your good wishes. Cris and Bob
LOL Tom, yep, 11 years..I had to make sure it would work out don't ya know.) but sorry, not a Polish name, not even an Irish name ! My last name will be Lerma. Bob's family, on his mother's side, can trace their lineage back to Charlamane ( I think...it's Charlamane) ) his family came to the U.S. on the Mayflower, John and Priscilla Alden. His father's family came from Spain.Somewhere in Spain was a family castle that he thought was named Casa de Lerma. To get to our wedding you have to come off the highway past the orchards, then past the dairies, where the broken tree is turn right, follow past the old trout farm, past the medicinal marijuana farms and around the bend ....lol. Medical Marijuana farms are legal here. I was offered a job on one as a trimmer lol.. no joke. I'll be waiting for that big hug and kiss, but better watch out, Bob wll be huggin and kissin Lucy too :) Thanks for the good wishes :) Cris On Fri, May 13, 2011 at 5:35 PM, Thomas E.
