Kathie, Both the County Clerk's office and the City-County Bldg. are located South of O St., on the same side as the library. The library is is at 14th & N, and the County buildings are at 9th and K., tho their postal address is 555 S. 10th. When I tried to call the 402-471-7481 number, I was referred to 402-441-7481 (?).
