Don married when he was already in his late 20's. He was not married at the time he was in the Federal prison. Remember -- he was in the service at the time of his arrest and conviction and was dishonorably discharged. Therefore no Veteran's benefits so can't track him down that way. In Nebraska the Vital Records department requires full name of both spouses for a marriage or divorce record copy to be issued. I DON'T know what his wife's surname was so I am unable to get anywhere with this. Also can't get a birth certificate on the son unless I have the complete name of the person and their birth date --- something I also do not have.
