Thomas was married previously to Fanny Conroy. They had 4 children and Fanny died in 1919. The census of 1930 shows Thomas & Laura living together on a farm in Wood River with 2 children, Bernard & Harold, ages 10 & 8. I know from family history that these children were not Thomas's, so I suspect Laura was previously married. She was single & living with a sister in the 1920 census. I have contacted the state's vital records twice & they can't find any record of her marriage to Thomas. Thomas was born in Wood River in 1882 & died in 1932. Laura was born in 1895 around Hooper, Dodge Co., & died in 1988 in Omaha. Can anyone help? I would also like an obit on Laura.
