Gladys Pearl Shamblin in photo taken circa 1910-1920 or thereabouts was said to have been the "cousin" of Gertrude Smith daughter of Temple and Martha Ann (Scott) Smith but have been unable to make the connection. She possibly may have been the cousin of Gertrude's fraternal twin Bert Smith son of Temple and Martha Ann (Scott) Smith.
