Thank you very much for your offer of a photograph: in the end I did get a photograph of this plaque (although it was obviously very difficult to take as it's in a bar with dim lighting!). I also did speak to the chap in the bar on the phone, but I really don't think he was prepared to sell it. I even talked to someone from a local paper in Willesden and they weren't much interested either... But thank you anyway, and if you'd like to email me another photograph then it would be very welcome!
