Hello all. I am looking for my Grandfather's Birth Certificate. My Grandfather was born July 17th, 1915 Born in Omaha, Nebraska Parents were Henry Vernon Smith and Laura Bell Stull My Grandfather passed away on July 24th, 1997 in Ruidoso, New Mexico. Is there anyway someone could get me a photo copy of his Birth Certificate? I am very limited on my funds right now due to alot of financial changes here at home. Thanks in advance.
