I checked the Omaha and Council Bluffs city directories, the Douglas Co. Birth Registers, as well as the Douglas Co. Marriages and found no mention of Frank or his family. The State of Nebr. started birth certs. in 1904, you may want to try that. If you have any other thoughts let me know. Sorry I wasn't any help. Rob
