Yes they do have both those years, but I doubt they do loans on them unless they might have 2 or something. You might be able to find some on ebay or something like that. What is it you are looking for? When I went thru them at the library the pages were very brittle and breaking easily, so I doubt they would lend them out if that was their only copies. Have you heard anything from Lincoln yet, other than they are looking. My computer at home is broke so I can only check email from work, & not too often.
