Saturday, June 16, we're holding the last class session for family history at the Mormon Trail Center in Omaha. Sponsored by the Greater Omaha Genealogical Society and the Omaha Public Library, these classes have been held annually for the past 10 years. They start at 9 AM. This month, we will be talking about "Jumping the Water": strategies to find out where in the Old World our ancestors came from and "Black, White and Read All Over": a discussion of what we can get from newspapers, both of genealogical value, and as a method of adding interest to the stories we write about our ancestors. The classes are free, but we do ask that people pre-register so we know how many handouts to make. You can call 706-153 or email _Genclass@aol.com_ (mailto:Genclass@aol.com) . Also, if you have been coming and find that you won't be able to come after all, please let us know that as well, so we don't waste uneeded handouts. ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com.
