Thanks. I dug that information up, too. I was hoping I could find someone who might be a descendant in Nebraska. I may one of these days, try to find an obit for Horace. I suspect that their sister Mary married - I am sure it was probably in Massachusetts. So next time I get back, I'll check the Newton/Cambridge registry. There is a chance that she didn't, though. I did manage to find Sam's daughter, Mary Caroline. She died in 1982 in New Hampshire. She didn't marry and her obit claimed she had no living relatives. (There were, in fact, quite a few cousins that she may not have known about - Mom was pretty secretive!) Many thanks for following up.
