The first thing I did was request birth certificates for Fred from Nebraska State Vital Records office. I spent money ($15) that was a waste of time and money, because they told me the could not find any birth record for Fred. They do not seem to go out of their way to look alternate names, but they sure take the money without hesitation. Again thanks. Ron

I checked the Omaha and Council Bluffs city directories, the Douglas Co. Birth Registers, as well as the Douglas Co. Marriages and found no mention of Frank or his family. The State of Nebr. started birth certs. in 1904, you may want to try that. If you have any other thoughts let me know. Sorry I wasn't any help. Rob

The family I am looking for is as follows: Head/father is Frank S. TOMPKINS and wife/mother is Eunice/Una. Sons are Fred H. Tompkins and Cecil G. Tompkins. Marriage and Death records state that Fred H. Tompkins was born in Omaha, NE 21 Jan 1906. Cecil G. Tompkins was born in Omaha, NE or Denver, CO 14 Apr 1907. They also lived in Council Bluffs, IA.
