Can anyone else help? More info. on her: Mythilda/Margareth(a)/Margaret Lang - born 2-13-1897, Rushville, NE, last know residence was Elgin, Antelope Co., NE. 1915, supposedly she moved to Omaha, NE, but can't find her. Her mother and father were: Elizabeth (Lizzie)Klitzgen, born in Germany and George Lang born in Austria? They all resided in Rushville, Neligh, and Elgin, NE. Lizzie died around 1909 and George around 1918. Her sisters and brothers were: Joseph, George, Magdalena (Lena) and Johanna (Anna or Annie)Lang. We found Lena in Sioux City, IA (1925 census) married to Jene Upson and had 3 kids. Does anyone know anything about any these people? My step-father just wants to visit his mother's grave before he passes on. All help appreciated! Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. 1. Re: [NEDOUGLA] Gertrude LIEBERS ANDERSON (or ENDERSON)
    2. For those who haven't bookmarked the G.O.G.S. obit web site, it's _www.omahaobits.wordpress.com_ (http://www.omahaobits.wordpress.com) . We went over 104,000 references this past week...and still have lots more to gather. I am grateful to two Eagle Scouts who made adding obits their Eagle project, because both projects added a lot of names so that we can all find more ancestors. The library will be open until about 3:30 on Christmas eve, and then not until Wednesday, so staff can have the day with their families. They opened late yesterday because of the weather. There are two new reader printers that will print microfilm to a USB/thumb drive, a CD or one of those little cards you put in your cameras (I forget what they're called, sorry.) It will also print to a piece of 8.5 x 11 piece of paper. No, the copies aren't free, and you'll need to bring your library card, OR your reciprocal library card, OR pay $2 for a 1 day guest card if you come to town to get your copies. These are fun machines. Many images can be cleaned up quite a bit, although they are often only as good as the original. There are options for getting copies if you don't live in the near area to be able to come in yourself. Karen In a message dated 12/12/2007 11:08:40 A.M. Oral traditon indicates Al and Julius worked for railroad. Also, I came across a copy of Selma Thoendel Ruud (sister to Albert Thoendel) in1930 census. She and her husband, Louis, were in Omaha in 1930. First two children were born in Illinois, while their third child, Geraldine, was born in Nebraska ~1923. 3. I've "rescued" an old photograph of James STEWART which was taken at the Omaha Photo Company in Omaha, Nebraska. The photograph appears to have been taken in the 1880's or 1890's with James likely in his 20's at the time the photograph was taken. I am hoping to locate someone from his family so that this wonderful old photograph can be returned to the care of family. If you are a member of this family, or you know someone who might be, please contact me. Thanks, Shelley

This woman was born in NY Oct. 23, 1963; mother's maiden name Taylor. She also appears to be the same Wegia Tracy living in MA and in the 1910 and 1930 censuses. In 1910, she is enumerated as Wegia H. H. Tracy. Is this who you seek? Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
